Re: HELP Remote wire from sub to Standard Head Unit!

As I started when I use the blue wire, on the standard head unit is making the head unit go to Mute mode which is strange. Do you know for sure if its the blue and white wire, as you can see from my photo, ive got wires going everywhere and spotting the exact wire without hacking everything to bits ...

Re: installing an active sub

I presume you have already done it but for those who are wondering the same question; can you wire an amp into a standard head unit? Yes it is possible. You need autoleads PC1-601 line output connecters. http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_product...

Re: alloy wheel help 225 owners only

I have only changed them for r26 anthracite alloys rather than after market so was a doddle. You may want to give Wheel base a call if you are looking for aftermarket

Re: An addition to the Meg collection

Its a 55 plate, 51k miles, just had belts done, new tyres etc I picked it up for £4800, yup the fuel consumption is not great but its better than my old Clio RS 197 can you believe. I was averaging 27 max out of that thing, the Meg 225 is getting 32.5mpg which is pretty good considering. Indeed the ...

An addition to the Meg collection

Well as much as I love the CC, coming from an RS 197 to the CC 1.9 DCI was quite a performance drop, although the CC is such great fun in the summer and such a comfortable cruiser, I really miss the Thrill of an RS, so as well as the CC... I just got this for my Thrill needs...... Pick it up on Frid...

Re: Painted Bumpers

Some good work going on there. The bumper strips are probably my biggest dislike about the Megane. Why they didn't just paint them anyway I don't know, apart from the cost. Looks so much better. They did on the final models 57 to 59 I think...... mine are factory painted Metalic black. Although I k...
