1.5dCi in the other halfs Modus is a very refined ride in terms of noise, handling and everything so I am tempted to agree with you that there is something amiss.

Check your studs, it might well have caused wear on the ones that were lose, if it has you might want to think about putting in a claim against the company that fit your new tyres.

First 2 I would say are definite warranty issues, as for the last one I suppose if you don't try you definitely don't get. A word of advice keep any documentation which shows that you've reported the first 2 whilst still within warranty and then, should the problem continue or be unresolved when out...
