Sadly not. No responses and no joy in resolving.
Sometimes reception is fine, others it won't find anything.

Aerial lead broken in boot
I been having issues with the radio reception in my 2007 Priv' for a while and decided to take the car to an ICE specialist in Bury St Edmunds. Having been unable to remove the head unit as the 6 disc changer wouldn't come out due to the right hand side not releasing, we looked at the aerial and fou...

Re: Driver's window goes up too far
Thanks Freelander, I had searched the forum but that thread hadn't come up. It's always good to have photos as well as words. Front adjuster on drivers side too stiff to turn but adjusted the back one. Strange thing is that now it's adjusted, sometimes it's fine but once the window is still about 1m...

Driver's window goes up too far
Hi. Since I bought my car the driver's window goes too high at the rear to fit under the rubber seal on the roof by about 4mm. Unless I shut the door by pushing on the glass (which forces the window under the roof seal) the window doesn't seal at the rear and rain runs down the inside and ends up on...

Re: New spark plugs and new horn!
I found this thread useful in tackling fitting new horns to my 2007 CC. I had a new pair of twin tone horns that I bought about 10 years ago for a kit car but never got round to fitting them to it. Both horns are 60db so I wasn't sure whether they would be louder than what I was taking off but swapp...

Re: Has anyone fitted after market heated seats pads ?
Thanks John. I've PM JasonS to see whether they're still working and how straight forward he found the wiring. I'm surprised he's the only one to have posted on the subject as I would have thought heated seats would have been a common "upgrade".
Thanks
David

Has anyone fitted after market heated seats pads ?
Hi. I had hoped to get a CC with heated seats but the one I bought ticked so many other boxes that I went for it. You can buy heated seat kits on ebay (and elsewhere) and I was wondering whether anyone has fitted these to a CC, how easy it was and whether they're any good ? Here's such a kit https:/...

Re: Water leak in footwells - my solution
Thanks. I'll give it a go this weekend, assuming it's not snowing :( ! David Monday: Got it. Turn the inner part of the clip with a flat bladed screwdriver and it lifts up by about 1mm. Then when the inner part is at it's highest, prise it up and then pull the inner and outer out together. I cleaned...

Re: Water leak in footwells - my solution
Thanks for the advice. I can see lots of debris behind the scuttle grill but can't remove the small round plastic clips that hold the plastic grill. I've tried turning the screw head and levering the clip up but they don't want to come up. Can you tell me how to remove them please ?
Thanks. David
Thanks. David

Re: CC Spare Wheel
Thanks. I think I need to have a trip to the local scrap yard and try a few space savers to see whether any will fit.

Re: Space saver spare
Thanks Tommi3737. I had heard from this website https://www.cabriault.com/meganecc/index_uk.htm that 14" wheels don't clear the brakes. Have you tried your 14" on the front ? What model CC have you got ? What car did the 14" wheel come off and did you need to modify the central hub ho...

Space saver spare
Hi. I'm looking to get a space saver spare for my 2007 CC which has 17" wheels. I have read that the 15" golf Mk2 space saver can be used after the hub hole has been machined larger. Is anyone aware of another space saver that can be used that doesn't need machining ? Perhaps from the Niss...

Folding mirrors don't fold !
Hi. New to the forum as only bought car today. It's a 2007 1.9 CC Privilege. Very pleased although would have liked heated seats .... beggars can't be choosers ! Only problem I've found so far it that the mirrors won't fold, both mirrors move the glass in all directions but the mirrors themselves do...
