Rear window won't close 2006 2 litre CC

Hi all Nice weather here in Spain over Christmas so had a trip with the top down. When I went to raise it again there were some wierd noises, like rope getting tangled, and it stopped about 2 inches from the top. So it seems the motor works but there's some linkage trouble. I'm in Ondara near Denia. I'll be selling my 2006 2 litre CC in the Spring, bought a SAAB 93 cabriolet to replace it.

Hi there Thanks for the tip regarding the water pump, I wouldn't have thought if doing it at such a low mileage. Thanks cliopapa for the warning.
