cheers bobby, reg arriving today, so hopefully back on this evening, hoping the motor is still ok as i need to swap motor to new reg etc, will see how i get on, cheers again

I could here the motor so stripped the door card off and yep snapped cables. When the door card came off the motor didnot look like it was mounted to anything. Im guessing with a new reg the motor will be securely attached to the long window rail etc ? Do we know if the window is plug an play or do ...

Hi folks, just joined as assisting my neighbour with a 2002 plate, with a failed drivers window, so will be looking for tips and advice and likewise offer views back etc, also as a sideline .... i tinker with old video tape transfers, vhs & camcorder and sony 8mm tapes ☺
