hello

Postby squiggers » Thu Jan 03, 2008 8:17 pm

Hello and hope you've had a good start into the new year!

Well, I don't have a Megane II but it's a Megane nevertheless! It's a 1996 RT and my first car - I only got it a few months ago.

Regards,
Squiggers

Hails.

Was working over the New Year but had a cracking Christmas (although was a still a little squiffy when I drove to work Boxing Day morning). I don't have a Megane II yet either, but will have by next week. Hopefully spend a bit of time on here extolling its virtues saying how wonderful it is, rather than being woeful and depressed 'cos I've been sold a ringer! Decent dealership I'm buying from, so shouldn't be too bad!

Thanks for the welcoming!

My megane seems to actually work perfectly, only sometimes the electrics go a bit off...not opening the back doors when unlocking the car, but nothing major. The only problem are the emissions. So if there are any experts out there, could you please have a look at my post in the Ownership Problem forum? Thanks a mill, any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Just on the side, it's actually dudette, BurntCarcus... :)

Thanks for the welcoming!

My megane seems to work absolutely fine, only sometimes the electrics go a bit off...not always opening the back doors when unlocking the car (always works on the second time though); brake noise for a little while after starting it after a cold night - I'm told that happens with old cars though. These are minor things though, considering it's a '96 model. The only problem are the emissions. So if there are any experts out there, could you please have a look at my post in the Ownership Problems forum? Thanks a mill, any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated!
