1.6 Exception from Finland!

Postby Jezze » Thu Dec 13, 2007 7:59 pm

Hello,

This is my first message here. I have Megane II 1.6 Exception and this is a somekind of a special model. I have read that only 50 of these were brought to Finland so pretty rare. Realy hard to find information about the Exception model manufacturing numbers.

Does anyone here have Exception or any information about how many of the have been maid in total?

It's not a cabrio, it's a normal 5- door model. It does not have the same kind of interior as the cabrio.

Nice!

I had never even heard of one until now.
Still, the interior looks VERY nice.

Congrats on the first post, welcome aboard.

It has as a standard:
16" rims
Special noir nocture effect colour
Panoramic sunroof (i am afraid when it brokes down on me)
3/4 Leather special interior
cruise control, automatic aircon...

Hi Jezze! Welcome to the club, seems we Finns are starting to get the space crowded... :D

Before deciding to buy my current 2.0 16V this spring, I went to see a minter '05 Exception model for sale in ALD Leasing's showroom in Tampere. I really liked the Exception interior, would have bought the car right there and then if it hadn't been a 1.6...

In my opinion the 1.6 engne is the most balanced petrol engine in the line and best choice for good milage and acceleration 8-)
