new radio reseting clocks when locking car

Hi has anyone had this problem.
I have a 2004, and I have fitted a pioneer app radio
I have fitted the stalk controller.
this all works fine no issues at all.
the problem I have is when I turn ar off and get out it then resets all my clocks in car and on the radio.
anyone else had this problem and how did you sort it out.
