Hi guys,
Wonder could you guys give me a hand and tell me what this wire is and what it is for? Where i have drawn the arrow it has actually disconnected - should i tape it or should i just get a replacement?

Your arrow is not pointing at a wire. Do you mean a green wire in the background?

No sorry my bad, it is the black wire with the green writing on it, that wire that I've the red line around

The small red circle is where the 2 components are disconnecting.
What is the name of the pipe and its function.

This have something to do with crankcase ventilation, and it is different from my RS250. Please have a look in the manual MR364MEGANE1.pdf, page 738, section "Oil vapour rebreathing".
