Hi, New to the club.
I have a Megane Cabriolet 2006, semi retired and planning to spend winter months in Spain.
Question is this can I simply refit LHD headlights into my cabriolet (UK reg) as I might store car there instead of driving it back and forth. I have seen some on UK ebay (good price) but will come from German spare parts co.
Thanks for any info/advice/experience/good wishes etc

They fit fine it just the lens inside the lamp that's different
Pain in the ass job to do as you have to take bumper off
Just make sure to get right ones as facelift ones are different shape

Hi Alex,
Do you mean that I can fit them as is without any other alteration (the comment about lens being different refers to the fact it is a standard LHD light, i.e. legal and safe in Europe)?
Not sure what you mean about facelift type, though
Thanks

No problem fitting left hand drive units every thing is the same apart from one being for Europe and your old ones being for uk
If you look up on the header page where it says megane owners club that's a pre facelift with flat grill facelift cars have a sloping type following the line of the top of the headlight

Hi Alex####.
Thanks for those links very useful.
Looks like I'm ready to go to orders those headlamps. If it require bumper/front piece removal, think I'll contact a garage.
Much obliged for all replies.
It has bee great having the top down in October
