is there an air con fuse?

hi does anyone know if there is a fuse for the air con? megane 225 56 with digital climate, everything else seems to work ok but the air con, its been re gassed, as i press the air con switch the a/c lights up but no dip in revs or click from engine bay i had a look at fuses in glove box could not see one for A/C i took the cover off under the bonnet but as i cant see them as they are tooked under something else any help would be great as its nice weather now :-)
