Megane 1.5 dci 2003 fault DF113 none start

Postby scott9951 » Sun Feb 09, 2014 2:41 pm

Yet again another fault.
My wife started the car & drove a few meters & the car cut out.
Injection fault came up on the dash.
Pushed the car home & connected clip to it.
New fault, DF113 Sensor supply voltage below minimum.
Im sure DF113 has always been there but with a different meaning (needs regassing)
Tried to clear the fault but clip says this command is impossible.
Disconnected the battery over night to see if this would clear it.
Checked voltage & was a little low, had a spare charged battery so put that in.
Car started but sounded rougher than normal & oil low level came up on dash. Car was on a tilt.
Tried to start engine again but this time inj fault came on & wouldnt crank.
Had a bit of a read & it seems if this fault occurs then it will stop the car starting.
Am I reading this right? The aircon can take out my car?
Sensor supply low, does this mean its not getting any power or could it be something else?
Any ideas?
Thanx for reading

check the fuses if the voltage is low, they can be "half" broken, ie, passing current but very low
