Electrical Gremlins

So my cigarette lighter is working once again. However, I now have the following problems:

1) Right turn signal at times will blink very fast. The left is fine. The lights on the back will also go nuts when it blinks fast.
2) The doors will not lock from the outside. I cannot lock using the button on the door handles.
3) New today...After the car is turned off and doors locked the rear windshield wiper goes sporadically.

I changed the battery on the remote sensor. It seemed to fix the lock issue for now. After I did this is when we found the rear wiper snafu.

Thoughts?

1. You either need a new bulb or you have a loose connection.
