Hi im about to buy a cheap odb2 bluetooth scanner, because my air con isnt working no noise when i press button.Should a fault show up on this cheap scanner.?No noise from the engine and the revs dont move.

Does the blower fan work? on all settings?

I assume that the aircon uses the same blower..
