replacing radio with bluetooth

Has anyone replaced the radio cd unit and managed to retain the display and steering wheel controls ? Having sold my 62 tom tom dynamique and bought a 66 clio nav s dci auto for the wife to use I inherit as my bad weather car her 08 megane dci, should have had it for the last 3 years but she thought the 62 megane was too big for the country roads she drives on and kept the old one. I normally use a maxi scooter for my commute unless its really bad weather, windy, snow or ice. I already have renault music adaptor that allows a usb stick or a phone to be connected to play music, that'll probably be for sale soon if i do go ahead. I'm missing the bluetooth for calls and music and its only been 2 weeks, my normal commute has a bluetooth crash helmet.
