Heated Seats not working (265 cup)

Hi everybody. As the title says, the heated seats in my megane 265 cup(62 plate) have stopped working. The message ' heated seats activated ' is always on, regardless if the switched is turned on either seat. Both seats produce no heat, had a look at the wiring and it all seems intact, wouldn't think its the switches as both seats produce no heat? any ideas well appreciated.
