Megane clutch sticks, but remove cap, pump and it works!

I have a bizarre clutch issue. New clutch put in back in January. All good until 1 month ago. Clutch stuck down, won't change into gear when engine running, but will when off.
If you remove cap from fluid reservoir in engine, pump a few times, clutch and gears work again. Drive car about 30 miles and sticks again. Repeat above and it works.
It's been bled twice. No joy. No leaks either.
Thoughts?
