How to Test coil packs

It is simple. They broke your car and now you have to buy the new parts and repair it. Please read the corresponding Technical Note and make sure that the OEM insulating grease is used -- I wrote about it before. They, probably, also used the oil of "the minimum specification", which you may want to change ASAP.

...How about that, the Renault dealer tested the coils infront of my eyes by earhting them to the engine to show me they were working properly!!! When is said that would damge them, he replied in a condescending manner saying "who told you that? that not true at all". I've been having problems with the car since then, car shakes and knoks on low speed and gentle gass pedal pressure. Anyone suggest anyhting?

My mechanic told me after my MOT 6 months hs ago that I needed coils replacing soon.
But I haven't been able to afford it.
He said it would be around £200.
I've noticed lack of power in engine.

Can I really buy them and do it myself?
