Meg CC "1-touch window control" pet hate...

Postby djkav » Mon May 12, 2008 9:34 pm

My biggest pet hate with the Meg CC is the window controls.

Why the hell can't you use 1-touch to close any or all the windows???

Its got it for opening the windows!

Oh I *TOTALLY* agree. My old 1.6 3 Door Sports Hatch had one touch buttons.

However, it's not too much of an issue as I either drive roof down, windows up or roof up, windows up. If the weather is nice enough to open a window, I open the roof aw well!

Twice yesterday I found myself pressing the rear window button instead of the front! Bloody thing. I could hear the window winding down but could not see it.. I was Very confused - glad the toll-booth person(s) didn't notice :D

I do agree a one-touch button for windows would be nice - maybe theres a mod for it..

The Meg CC's 1-touch window control seems to be a common gripe among drivers. The inability to use it to close all the windows with a single press is a frustrating design choice for many. This seemingly simple feature is surprisingly absent, and it forces drivers to hold the button down for each window, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming. While it might seem like a minor https://www.oxfordtale.co.uk/ detail, it adds up to a bigger annoyance for those who value a smooth and efficient driving experience.

I completely agree! The single-touch window opening is a nice feature, but it's incredibly frustrating that it doesn't translate to closing the windows. Having to hold the button for each individual window feels needlessly time-consuming and inefficient. They should definitely implement one-touch closing for all windows!
