interior lights

I became the owner of a 2010 plate megane a month ago and i cannot get the interior lights to come on either front or back. I have tried all the switches available. The footwell and glove box lights come on. I would welcome any advice given

Have you tried to find out which fuses control the lights that don't work. I believe there are 2 fuse boxes, one in the cabin and the other in the engine bay.
If you have the OWNERS MANUAL it should tell you what and where the fuse/s are. Sorry can't be more helpful. BEST OF LUCK!!!
