Toxic fume filter light flashing

Hi,

Just after a bit of advice before i go back to the garage, i recently had my car in the garage to have the starter repaired as my car wouldn't start, they repaired it but the car still wouldn't start they eventually tracked the fault down to a corroded earth lead so had to repair the starter again. since i've had the car back the Toxic fume filter light has been flashing the car has lost some power and shakes real bad when in idle, i think this has got to be something the garage have done as it was never like this before it went in, any advice would be appreciated.
