haha Cheers!

For paint correction it takes about 6 hours £120 which is really competative in this business

very nice..

I have much the same kit and use it on mine from time to time, (although not to the same effect.. I have 'all the gear, but no idea..')
As I'm used to Audis, I find the Renault paint not to be as good, but much better than my wife's Honda..

Also, mine has plenty of dings and scratches which have been touched up over the years, so I'll never get it as good as yours.

The last time I had mine looking pristine, I dropped the roof then drove off, when I put the windows back up, they were all smeared from passing over the seals in the doors, so I wasn't happy.. I have to figure out the best way to clean those up.

Hi, just some advice needed. I need some paint repair work on the rear bumper. IE smart repair type. What would happen if this was machine polished?

Hi, It all depends on the scratch, in total there is about 1.5mm of paint on a car and that includes prime, paint and laquor. Put some photos up of your scratch and we will see what kind of scratch it is. somtimes machine polishing can hide the scratch rather than get rid of it. Its all about reflecting light, a normal scratch will reflect light at 90 degrees which makes it look quite intense. if we round the edges of the scratch off it stops the light reflecting and the 90 degree angle, which in turn hides the scratch completely.

cheers

Black is stunning when it is clean, like some solid reds it almost glows... Natural daylight is superb for showing them off whilst I find tubes great to spot imperfections.
Looks superb, kind of miss this type of impact with mine, silver does not really jump out at you waxed or not, did both ours at the weekend mine looks ok but er in doors capsicum red V reg Coupe looks superb..... I miss that! :D

What do you use for the tyres for the extra shine?

Shoe polish? Thats a first ive heard of that being used!
There are lots of products out there. You find that cheap stuff (halfrauds / carplan) is usualy greasy and not very good. The Stuff I use is by Zaino, they make some great products. Chemical guys do a good one aswell and it is high gloss
