Does anyone have any good tips on how to remove green moss type stuff from the window seal area?

I used my toothbrush
I found my wife's toothbrush to be a better solution.

Re: demossing windows
My wife used to park under trees at work and this was a recurring issue for us. Hot soapy water and a low power jet wash got rid of the worst and I found some specific caravan "green slime"cleaner, that worked really well and seemed to offer a protective film making further cleaning much easier. You might want to treat the seals as well to keep them supple, especially if you use something aggressive.
