Stay Clear of Renault Oldham.. Ive been in there about 5 times now and there customer service is aufull, Ignorant And unless your buying a new car they dont wanna know .
Last time I went in I was trying to buy some of them small plastic clips that hold the plastic trim down under the bonnet, Only a small item but after asking they kept me waiting for 15mins, The guy even started talking to a female colleague about the weekend ? ? ?
He finally came over and said they are £1.58 + vat EACH !!!!!!!!!! WOW
I went in for a new key and they made me feel stupid for breaking my old 1? Kept asking, why do u only have 1 key card? how did you drop it? They came back with a 2week wait at a price of £224 + vat, I got it done next day for £150.
Today on the way back from the Renault garage I passed a peugeot garage, So i poped in and asked about the clips a totaly diffrent set up, There customer service is 2nd to none..... the clips 11p each he just gave me a big hand full and said give us a quid. lol
even offered me a coffee whilst I waited, The funny thing is I was going to get the Megane III tourer in diesel, when I was asking about that the Renault dealers were so diffrent, but when your asking about a few clips they dont give a toss. Well the thing as I was waiting for the clips I happened to look at the peugeot 3008, peugeot offered me more for part ex, with a better package then renault. with great customer service.

SO UP YOURS RENAULT ANOTHER CUSTOMER LOST BECAUSE YOUR sh1t CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I find Renault oldham to be "fair" in terms of service etc...
I normally go Lookers Stockport but I can't get my car in for an MOT so its in at Oldham. no doubt i'll be told i need new brakes

Drove past Renault Oldham this week, looks like they have closed the premises.

No surprise really.

Ant.
