Just to let you know I bought my Megane CC from BE Automotive.

I had excellent service whilst buying the car (half price cam-belt change, warranty and AA cover)

They were brilliant.

However, yesterday I had a terrible banging come from the front of the car.....

But this morning, they found it was the lower engine cover that had not been refitted correctly, a cup of coffee was provided, and they completely repaired the underside whilst I waited.

I had the same courtesy and quality of service when complaining as I did when I was handing over money (Always a good sign)

I would really recommend them to anyone who is looking for a motor.

:D

I would have thought that if they were selling the car and it needed a cambelt change, then that would be included in the purchase price?
And since failing to refit the engine cover properly was their mistake, I would expect profuse apologies, never mind courtesy!
