very un-helpful, did not know about the car, did not want to know about the car, totally useless, i was telling the salesman about the car, this sound be the other way round right? then wen the coil packs went on 3rd day of ownership, they did not want to replace them, tried telling me it was something different! no warranty, so on advice from trading standards have sent then a letter with copy of invoice to claim money back!

must now comment that they did contribute towards the cost of getting the car back on the road, by paying for the code read and coil packs! this was only after sending them the letter for the SECOND time!
