Re: wiring diagram
Hi i believe the most probable answer is the Pressure Sensor this is behind the front bumper...a auto Electrican should be able to tell you....

Re: wiring diagram
Hi,
the pressure switch having power to it doesn't mean it's working.
If it's only 2 wires, just connect them together see if it works, if not, test the compressor direct to the battery see if it activates.
Bob.

Bob.
does the pressure switch have the same power source as the connector to the compressor.

Re: wiring diagram
That wiring diagram is from the 'almost useful Haynes'
It doesn't mention the pressure switch.
The clutch will work off 12v, the pressure switch will probably be 12v (you could test even with a bulb) but l know so long as it's only 2 wires, you can join them together to bypass the switch.

Re: wiring diagram
Thats the only wiring diagram i have...i believe the pressure switch has 3 wires connected to it...new pressure switch only £15 on Ebay, might be worth changing that just to know it aint that...sorry cannot be more help
Re: wiring diagram
I had the same issue a while ago, and it should be the pressure switch. But dont let it fool you even if you replace the pressure switch you have to fix the code on the ECU because its already disabled and even if you replace the switch it wont work until u clear the code(reset ecu).

I will order a new pressure switch, would that explain the no power to compressor.?Because the machanic said fuse ok.

Re: wiring diagram
I really appreciate all the help from you guys.............Ive tested compressor via a cable from battery and it spins so thats good, just cant figure out no power,so could i leave the cable on from battery,to bypass fuse box and hope i get cold air. What grade of cable would be best to use, currently i used AUTOMOTIVE 12V 24V 2 CORE TWIN THINWALL RED/BLACK AUTO CABLE.
