I would imagine it's a coincidence. Check each glow plug resistance using a multimeter. Standard is 0.6 - 1 ohm. If open circuit or shorted, its bust. They cost about a tenner each. One probe on the connector pin, and one probe on earthed bodywork. Do this test while the ignition is off (remove the...
