Ah, yeh they do look quite good. They are in good condition also from my initial cursory glance.
I love detailing cars, so maybe on Sunday I'll set to work on her

I may have answered my own question, I found this PDF. It looks like it has all the required info:

Rattle inside door
There is an irritating metalic rattle inside the passenger door, I intend to pull the door card off and investigate further this evening. Does anyone have any idea of what I should look at first? Also, from reading up on this - it seems that getting the door card off in itself could be a difficult t...

Re: Stickies for fuel consumption
I'm getting 55mpg at the moment whilst on my daily 5 mile commute. The trouble is the engine is only just warm by the time I arrive.
I have a 300 mile round trip tomorrow - I'm hoping to see around 65mpg. A far cry from the 16mpg I could expect to get in the Range Rover!

Re: Stock Sound System - is it any good?
If you search on eBay for "Megane DVD" there are a few options. This is the cheapest one currently. My 6 disc changer doesn’t seem to work, completely dead – so this may be a good option. Although I wonder if it’s just disconnected as the previous owner tried to put the radio code in, so g...

Re: Hey ladies & gents
Where's that info from? 120 CO2 is indeed £30 however if that info is from the dealer it's not unknown for them to pull a fast one so worth checking elsewhere like Renault UK or DVLA. That said my Mrs did have a 54 plate Modus Dynamique 1.5 dCi 80 with panoramic roof and that only cost £30 so there...

Steering Wheel re-trim - Heated
A feature I'll really miss from the Range Rover, especially in the colder months is the heated steering wheel... Does anyone have any decent contacts in the automotive re-trimming business? I'm wondering if I could fudge something together using a seat heater element as they are very thin and flexib...

Accessories Catalogue/Brochure
I'm a sucker for genuine accessories - does anyone have a scanned copy in PDF etc of a Megane II Accessories brochure circa 2002/3? I just want to see what toys I need to keep an eye out for on eBay. Failing that I'll buy one off the bay. If I do - would anyone be interested if I scanned a copy and ...

Re: Stock Sound System - is it any good?
No, it's crap!! Doh. OK, I'll start flicking through ppl's upgrades. Do you know where the weak point is? Is it the HU or the speakers? i.e could I just replace the speakers, or should I look at installing an amp to power the door speakers so the HU doesnt have to work hard etc? I like keeping cars...
