Thanks, but didn't need to remove it in the end because by removing the dipstick bolts and bending it out the way I was able to move the small plastic cover enough to gain access to the glow plugs. Thanks .

Steel turbo inlet pipe
Does anyone know how the steel turbo inlet pipe is connected to the turbo on a 2008 1.5 dci ? It looks to me like a large metal clip holds it on. Any ideas.

When my 1.5 dci didn't start it was the cam shaft sensor that had become disconnected, at top left of engine when looking from front.

My wife is averaging 57 mpg in her sport tourer with the same engine, 1.5 dci 86, doing mainly short trips.

I use the suction pump on my wifes 1.5dci megane with mo problems. Just get the engine hot before you start and most of it comes out

Hi, I had the recall done and all they did was glue three support brackets on . Garage had it for four hours for the adhesive to set.

Just recently bought a Megane 1.5 dci Sport Tourer, 08 reg, for the wife as a replacement for her Citroen zx estate which we'd owned for 10 years, so hope this turns out to be half as reliable !
