hi all ive got a megane 1.4 petrol and the abs light and service light has come on ive plugged a reader in but cant find any faults im baffeld anyone got any ideas?

Those are easy to replace. Turn the steering to the full lock, grab the joint housing of the rod with some tool and turn it gently. Careful, it is possible to damage the rack if the thread is overly tight. In my case, it wasn't tight at all. Put it back with a threadlock. I used the replacement kit...

You don't need to shout mate :( Apologies, I thought you meant the rod ends as that's usually what needs to be changed. Don't know much about the rest of the rack, sorry. Best download the manuals from the Problems section. MR364Megane3 should have some info on the steering rack. sorry didnt relise...

anyone know hows the best way to change the tie rods on my megane plz?

hi all i kneed some urgent advice plz on changing the bush or the wishbone on my megane estate is it hard to drop the sub frame on the megane cheers phil

yeh thanks gav just this minute done them lucky when i took the heater control off the dash i saw the 2 black plastic bulb holders i got some long nose pliers and got them out tricky but sorted thanks for the info cheers mate just a few more little jobs to do now nice one mate

hi all has anyone had a problem with their rear veiw mirrors mines gone dark but theres a hole of clear glass about 3 inches by an inch oval?? and very distorted cheers phil

right ive checked the fuses i found one blown i got washers now i got lights on my aircon button and heated rear window button but still no dash illumination lights, cheers phil
