It will be down to a bad earth on the multi plug
You will need to replace the bulb holders or do what I have done many times in the past put an earth wire
From the earth on the bulb holder tithe body or patch it
In to the loom before the plug and you will be fine

Got and issue with my 1.6 megane cc
Bought a car with snapped cam belt was told it had snapped on engine crank
Fitted new cam belt and got no compression
So looking for a engine cheap as poss or do I break it
