Megane Clicking when turning Left and Right

Hi and hope everyone is well.
I am currently having problems with my megane 2 1.9dci convertible. When turning either left or right it has a rapid clicking noise. The CV joints have been replaced with new and the clicking is still there and exactly the same as before. It also doesn't do it if the clutch is engaged. Im out of ideas now and was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and rectified it. Thanks for any help in advance.
