Apple play head unit

Hi all.
Long time no visit, after getting the old megane back on the road after being sat since 2014.
New brakes and went through mot with no advisories.
I am thinking about upgrading the current head unit and cd changer to a nice double din unit with Apple car play.
All the head units I have found only have phono outputs for the speakers.
Does anyone know of an adapter that can plug into the factory loom and convert it to phono. Would ideally like to stay away from fitting amps etc. Everything is stock atm. I know I will lose the top display but I will have everything in the new head unit.
On a slightly different note. Does anyone know of a head unit that has Apple carplay but can also plug into the obd2 to show car data on. This isn’t essential but carplay is. Obviously at a decent price I don’t want the head unit to cost more than the car is worth.
