Help a noob out....

So I haven't got a lot of money and I have very little experience upgrading parts on a car.

What I need are some cheap suggestions to make my car look good, the exact parts that will fit and how to carry out the mods. Tutorials if possible.
I was thinking things like upgrading the interior lights, license plate lights, buying some red wrap (my cars black) and wrapping interior parts and I wanted to try to add detail on the outside, window tint.
I am very uneducated at this stuff so please suggest something's to help me out.

The car in question is a renault megane mk2 (07 plate) 1.5dci manual
