New alloys and headlights

Hey, I have megane 2 dci 2004 and can you please tell me if oz canova 17'' and 215/45 tires will fit without too much gap or should i go with 215/50?, also i am getting new headlights, was thinking about angel eyes or one of those with leds, what do you think?

Those headlights work like sh1t, keep the OEM ones your eyes will apretiate it
Renault Megane II 1.9dci sport p. 3dr. lowered on koni's,and exhausting through sebring
