has anyone removed the middle box only? i want a bit more noise but not chav loud the back box is last resort as that is quite a bit louder and i got told the mid box would do what i want cheers john.

yeah remove the middle box, and it will increase the noise.
both boxes relate to noise levels

my advise to anyone doing this is...got to a powerflow sponsored exhaust place and have them build you a new exhaust... tailor made to your specs...

had my ford escort made so that at low revs it was quiet and just burbled during normal driving. but when you floored it and had the zetec engine roar it sounded like a lion ripping ya head off....

great for scaring grannies on the pedestrian crossing !!!!!!!!! I have grown out of that now :P honest....

Ha ah sounds like fun, i do have a place reble power pipes not to far away but i think the bloke away for good few weeks, might have to wait then cheers john.

** UPDATE** middle box gone not any extra noise out the back except on lifting off after 4000pm nice pop.pop..pop.. ha ha make`s me laugh

jus fitted my new milltek catback, only my clutch ahs been gone about a week and is getting fixed very soon, i cant wait to hear what it sounds like
