I have recently had my car plugged in by a friend and it said that i have a p0711 fault . This fault relates to transmission temperatures i think. The problem is my car is a 1.5 dci manual transmission and im sure it doesnt have a temp sensor for the gearbox. Can anyone shed any light on this?
I had it plugged in because intermittently the SERVICE and CHECK INJECTION light are coming on( usually when accelerating when at normal operating temp.) for approx 10-15 secs then going off. I have replaced all 4 glow plugs and the control relay under the N/S inner wing.
All help or ideas will be appeciated..
