cabin filter
I'm going to change the pollen filter ive been told its down by the clutch pedal on the left anybody got any pictures how to change it ive got a idea how to do it but not sure

It's very straight forward, if a little awkward to access. The Haynes manual recommends removing the plastic cover bottom of dash near the clutch pedal but you don't have to. Filter just pulls out at an angle to get around the lack of room. OEM has plastic sides with splits in to allow in to 'bend'. One I bought from Euro was simply foam so bent around the corner easily.

taffyhl is correct I recently did mine took just a few minutes
if at first you don't succeed get a bigger hammer

Rip the **** out. Being gentle is useless so it's best to just yank it. The new one will slot in just fine.
