2007 Megane Estate

Hi Guys,

Looking at buying am 07 Megane Estate. Guy says it's a Megane III, but I don't think this ispossible for 07? How can I tell?

If it's an 07 it's a II and not a III:

Some people wrongly quote a mark 2 phase 2 (the face lift) as a megane 3

So the magane 3 always has the face lift? I have seen several 2008s in the old shape listed as megane 3, so they are wrong?

Would you say it's necessary to get the 81kw engine? I've just moved to Europe from Australia, so am a little worried even 81kw is going to be underpowered.
