resetting clock

hello everyone
delighted to have bought myself a decent car for a change. Deleted my memberships of various "cars under £500" sites on Facebook at last
I bought a 2012 Renault Megane Dynamique with tomtom d . My kids now have the perfect taxi. Not one that their friends know its them coming because of previous noisy heaps I drove.
Now I have one problem how do I reset the clock since last weekend I am an hour ahead.
Manual not helpful for my model

there are two grey buttons to the right of the display, the convex one changes hours, the concave changes minutes
