Door locks & petrol caps

Renault Dynamique 2006, 1600

All working okay a couple of days ago.

Last night noticed off the key card, indicators flashing as if working, but no clunk. Front doors wouldn't lock, back doors wouldn't unlock.
Back doors since opened from the inside, now won't lock.
The boot is locking and unlocking off the key card just fine, tho silent
Bigger worry is that the petrol cap is locked, and I'm really low on fuel.

Changed the battery in the key card
Same story from the button below the stereo, nothing happening
tried holding that button down for a while, result message on screen now to 'check the door locks'
There is no inspection hatch to the right in the boot to access the fuel filler cap, behind the carpet there the wires just seem to be for rear wiper and lights.

I need the car for work, so getting the filer cap open is first issue

Suggestions??

Obvious suggestion but have you tried the lock/unlock button on the dash?

Yes, as I mentioned, same story, nothing happening.

Have you checked the fuse? 20amp, first row third down as I recall. In the passenger compartment by the way.

Fuse is fine, key is fine; new battery, car starts.
Boot locking/unlocking on the key-card and dash button
Doors & petrol cap doing nothing - indicators flash as normal, locks nada, though there is a feint click under dash to left when button pressed.
I've found three posts across the internet with the exact same problem, two of them mentioning the Dynamique too, going back 3-10 years, sadly none of them have ever had a reply/solution, nor come back later with the answer.

I've come home from work on fumes, it ding ding dinging at me. So I've forced the petrol cap off, after an unsuccessful attempt to locate the back of it from behind the panels in the boot, and pushed the lock up, so now the petrol cap is always unlocked like the doors, that'll do for Christmas.

Off to get petrol, hopefully enough juice to get up the hill :)
