Hello to you all!

I just refilled my ac. Still blows in hot air. Turns out after testing that the pressure sensor is dead. I bought a new sensor and my question is can i just plug and play the new sensor or do i need to empty the ac first? Does anybody know for sure by experience?

You can just plug it in. No loss of gas, I assume you have tested the pressure at the valve and it reads at least 50 psi.
