Megane MK2 convertible Engine just stopped

Hoping someome may be able to give me some ideas. Car hasn't been used for a few weeks today wife went to pick daughter up from school and turned the engine off when waiting. She said it had issues restart g but did but then when she was turning in to the street engine cut off and check airbag note came up and brake pedal is solid in the up right position. Have tried to jumpstart car but no engine engagement or starter motor clicking. Has anyone any ideas? Thanks.
