Heater Blower motor not working at all.

Hi. Hope somebody can help. My mother in law has an 02 reg megan 1.6 and the blower motor for the heaters has stopped working all togeter in all speed settings. i hoped it was just the fuse but thats ok so i guess not. Ive tried doing some research and some say it could be a resistor or the motor itself. What do you guys recon? Also please treat me like an idiot with directions locations and pics if possible as im totally new to renaults so dont really know where stuff is. Thanks. i.e some say the motor is behind the dash and you have to take some of the dash apart and some say its in the scuttle tray area.

is it the 2002-2006 model, or the last of the previous model ?
if it's the 2002onwards then the motor is behind the dash..need to remove the glovebox to access it. The resitor is behind the panel below the glovebox.

If it was the resistor at fault then i would expect it to still work on setting 4 (i.e. when no resistance needed), so more likely the motor (or wiring / connector)

Can anyone elaborate then? Where abouts is the heater box on this model?
