Rear door mechanism

Hi, I've been running my 2001 Megane Fidji 1.6 5-door for over twelve years. I have hit an unusual problem with the OSR rear door opening mechanism. There are two white plastic parts that hold a funny shaped steel rod to the handle and door lock, these are both broken. Has anyone got a scrap door and be prepared to let me have these please? Or does anyone know where I could obtain them new? Thanks, Bill.
