Hi all,
I have a problem with my heater not blowing.
I have checked the fuse and it is still intact, the fan speed symbol on the dashboard increases and decreases when adjusted. The air con kicks in when switched on, but there is nothing coming from the vents.
I have been told that there is a heater resistor behind the glove box but don't really know where.....
Any help would be Gratefully received.
Many thanks
Darren

This slideshow may help you, Darren. The heater motors have been known to burn out, though, so it could also be that. Renault's price is around 270 EUR but it's possible to buy an alternative unit for 66 EUR from https://www.carparts-pros.com.

Re: Heater fan not blowing
Also check the loom going to the resistor as renault with their infinite wisdom put a substandard loom on and it burns out at the plug end (to much power going through) there is a modified loom on the market which splits the earths (I think) do a google search on megane heater resistor and all will be revealed just bear in mi d if the resistor is at fault fan usually works on last speed (full blast) and nothing else, loom melt usually shows up as no full blast but rest of speeds work. Oh a d ic you have digital AC then the resistor is the box type in other words the expensive one hope this helps a bit this from my own experience on an 04 CC with digi AC.
