Advanced code reader?

Advanced code reader?

I've been using a cheapo code reader, works fine but cannot diagnose ABS or SRS issues..

I've just spotted a more advanced one, on wish (yes, I know).. does anyone have any experience with one of these?
It looks like a bargain, but it's still over a ton, which worries me a bit.

I have bought stuff from wish before, with mixed results .
