Back box for 2004 megane 1.6vvt auto

Anyone know where i could get a new one from and what kind of price i'm looking at? The back box has collapsed according to renault stockport and guess what? it isn't covered on warranty, what a surprise.
Car makes a rattling noise when stood but goes when you are travelling. I think that it is the heat shield rattling. Any advice?
