i hope no1 on here has had the misfortune of dealing with wests of kings lynn norfolk???? the sales staff were brilliant with helpin me! then came the problems!! the dreaded megane problems! it's bin in 3times now with same problems (coil packs and squeaking brakes). but they say that the brakes dont squeak when they drive it!! yer yer! its just when i drive it? and the coil pack is on its way out AGAIN! and backfiring; although they say it isn't! it's just my imagination! so i may end up having 2pay 4 a new cat eventually!! so the aftersales team r CRAP!! morale of the story....avoid them like the plague!!

Oh yes manning 1 i live in k.lynn & they are my local dealers,jean & sam are ok it's that pr@t of a service manager(?).

i dunno who i spoke 2 over the phone? but he wasent very old (neaver am i but thats not the point ), he was an ideot! i woulder thort thay would try their very best 4me as iam only 23 and i woulda bin their futuer bisness but ill never go back their thats 4sure! smiths of peterbough are ment 2be quite good?? if any1 knows diffrent then let me know please? thay were very hepfull over the phone tho!

Have you tried the dealer at East Bilney?

I had to use them a few years ago whilst on holiday in Norfolk and they were very good!

Yes ian,East Bilney Garage,FAR better than west's,just a shame they are in the middle of nowhere.5ish miles north of east dereham heading towards fakenham.

From wisbech,A1122 to swaffham,A47 towards norwich.Turn off to dereham at the next right,about 1 mile after the end of the 40 mph limit in fransham,& continue towards dereham.As you enter dereham you will go up a slight hill,turn left just as the road goes right.Follow road for about 2 miles till junction off to left to gressenhall/fakenham,4 miles to garage on left in a dip.Now you know 'rough' directions,check on a map OR go into halfords in wisbech,next to dunnelms,& buy a sat nav !!!!

Sorry bumpy there is,i bought my garmin from there last easter,& went past the retail park yesterday whilst working at thurlow nunn vauxhall,& halfords still there & open.

LOL My in-laws live in the middle of nowhere, but happen to have a Renault dealer about 1.5 miles from their door - East Bilney! They've had Renaults from there for years starting with early Espaces. I get the impression they're quite good - although they're not so pleased with the latest Scenic (new in June 07) for missing the auto lights/wipers and having a 6th gear (dCi 106 like my tourer) - I guess familiarity means you never bother reading the specs...
